Only by opening the control switch (HK) can the motor be stopped. When the limit adjustment is too low, the energy storage of the motor is not full ahead of time. The switch can not be closed because the storage energy is not in place. The way to adjust the limit is to manually store the right position by hand and tighten it.
2. motor fault
If the motor winding is burned down, there will be strange smell, smoke, insurance fuse and other phenomena. If there is a voltage at both ends of the motor, the motor does not turn. It may be the failure of the brush to fall off or serious wear and tear. The method of judging whether the motor is malfunction is to measure the voltage and resistance of the motor at both ends of the motor or to replace the motor with other good motors.
3. control switch fault or circuit opening
Guizhou switchgear thinks that the damage of the control switch causes the circuit not to be closed and the control circuit break, which leads to the failure of the motor. The lookup method is to measure the voltage or resistance by a multimeter. When the measurement voltage method is the control circuit, the multimeter is tuned to the voltage gear. If there is a voltage (excluding the antihypertensive element), there is an open point between the measured two points. The method of measuring resistance should be paid attention to the bypass of the bypass. If there is a bypass circuit, one end of the measured line should be disconnected.
